Eyebright is high in flavonoids, including lutein and quercetin, which have antihistamine properties. It reduces redness in the eyes, swelling and burning. Yerba Santa stimulates the production of mucosal fluids, shrinks inflamed tissues loosens phlegm and acts as an antiseptic.
