What if I’m Acidic?

Basic Nutrition for an Over-Acid System (if urine and/or saliva test below 6.5 pH). Important: Be sure to monitor your progress with easy-to-use pH test strips. An acid pH leads to every dis-ease.

  1. pH balance with Alkaline Minerals, detoxing and healing the gut. Take 2 ml daily of Fulvic Mineralsonce daily. This helps regulate pH balance in the body and support mineral-powered reactions throughout the body.
  2. Alkalize with green foods. Use Super Green Juice or Chlorophyll at least two times daily.
  3. What if my pH is still too acidic? If pH is 5.0-6.5 use more Super Green Juice or Chlorophyll and if need be add Super Greens +D. The acidity robs calcium and other vital minerals from the body, especially your bones.
  4. Cleanse: Pure Body Extra, Fulvic Minerals and Organic Super Fiber – remove toxins, acidity and heal the gut.
  5. Strengthen urinary and lymphatic systems’ ability to excrete acids.  Super Green Juice will help with that as well. If you need extra help, you may try Lymph Tonic to aid in the elimination and reduce stress on the urinary system.
  6. Drink half your weight (lbs.) in ounces of purified water daily. 
  7. OMEGA’s increases insulin sensitivity; increases anti-inflammatory cytokines, Vasodilator (stroke risk), Enhances immune function, Building blocks of vital tissue, Cell Membrane depends on EFA for flexibility. For this we use Wellspring. It is rich in omegas as well as anti-inflammatories.
  8. Carbohydrates and proteins are acidifying. Gluco-Control will turn the sugars into an indigestible fiber. High protein is stressful on the kidneys. With the popular high protein diets, it is easy to develop kidney problems, loss of bone density and even some gut problems.
